Scons github linked to bdbaddog Appveyor account

Hey Bill,

It seems that the appveyor account is your account linked to scons, for
example when you check some of our recently added appveyor builds:
https://ci.appveyor.com/project/bdbaddog/scons/build/1.0.1

It is using your appveyor account.

Do you think its possible to create a SCons appveyor account and link that
to the scons organization on github?

I don't really know how appveyor handles organizations like this so if
someone has some more info on the correct steps to take please chime in.
