Re: Twitter poll on dropping py27 support

Yes. scons-local packages are still published.

Dropping py27 allows us to get rid of  a bunch of if PY3/PY27 code. Also we
can start using PY3.5+ specific packages/logic.
(This will reduce the maintenance/testing load once the old code is purged)
