Is their a way to build directly from the .sconsign.dblite file on an incremental build?

Hi,

Is there an option for skipping the normal SConstruct file processing on an incremental build and just building directly from the saved .sconsign.dblite file from the previous build?

The goal here is to provide an option for doing very fast incremental builds is the developer knows ahead of time that no dependencies have changed.
