Hello Daniel Moody, Thanks a lot for the example you gave. According to your example, I added 4 scanners, which can indeed be compiled and linked. But when I edit the source file, I deliberately put "a" at the end of the .cpp file and expect the compilation to fail. But when I compile again, nothing compiles. Please test without TEMPFILE.
