Yes, I tried that option but it doesn't give extra insight unfortunately. I just tried the windows-2019 image and it is way faster. 10 seconds total script reading time, compared to 70 seconds on 2022 and 2025. The 2019 image only has Visual Studio 2019 installed. Python version (e.g. 3.13) is still slow on 2022/2025 images.
