New SCons User and Dev mailing list hosts

Greetings,

Our mailing list provider for many years, Pair.com will shortly be
discontinuing this service.
Thankfully the Python Software Foundation has agreed to host the mailing
lists going forward.

We'll be updating the mailing list information on https://scons.org shortly
to point to the new mailing lists, and we've migrated all the users and the
mailing list archive to PSF.

Note that this does entail a domain name change for the lists. (From
scons.org -> python.org)

You will start getting email from [email protected] and/or
[email protected], and should use those addresses for sending.

You can manage your subscriptions at the following URLS:

or
