MetaWeblogAPI and BlogerAPI status

Hi!

Just a short status in between: looks like now ecto can already fetch
all configurations from PyDS (like list of blogs and categories) and can
post to PyDS. There is still a problem with ecto and the return value
from getRecentPosts, so maybe there are some bugs in there.

One thing I am not really sure about: is postid in geht getPost stuff
allways the number of the posting? Or is it some number that should be
returned by getRecentPosts in the structs of postings? It would really
be helpfull if some of you that still have radio running could make some
tests with the MetaWeblogAPI to check what radio does with stuff like
that.

Further plans are to add MetaWeblogAPI support to more tools than just
weblog: at least stories, blogmarks and wiki should allow posting via
those APIs, too. But I think that won't make it into 0.7.0, that release
will mostly include bugfixes in the API implementations.
