No, it's related to me not mentioning that several features need new
incarnations of your templates :-)

If you didn't change the templates, just remove all files in
~/.PyDS/templates/ - next rerendering will recreated all missing
templates from the default state and so you will get the new features
like the search box.

It's allways a good idea to either remove unchanged templates after
upgrading, or to diff templates with the default stuff, as some features
need changes in the templates to work.
