New users mailing list for PyDS

Hi!

I created a new pyds-users mailing list for more user oriented content
(like how to use some tool or such stuff). It would be nice if some of
you subscribe to that list, too, so users might get answers when
questions arise.

Of course this does not say that people should unsubscribe here, both
lists are open for everybody, it's just a precaution for the upcoming
world domination of PyDS ;-)
