Now actually the CVS version should work again and be installable

Hi!

After forgetting to add almost every new file to CVS and making allmost all
other available errors (like forgetting new files in MANIFEST, too, not
installing the complete stuff, not having debian packages for silvercity,
not installing the codeblock.py module and other weird things) I now have
brown paperbags over my head, my hands and my feet and typing get's rather
clumsy. But CVS should be installable now and should actually work, kind of.
