CVS currently in some state of flux

Hi!

I am currently reworking some inner parts of PyDS. These are really deep
inner parts like the medusa handler architecture, the tool namespace, the
_PyDS global config and the threading modell. This is to achieve additional
capabilities, but it isn't without the dange of breaking some stuff. So if
you use CVS, be carefull, as it might be broken. I usually try to only
commit working snapshots, but they might not work as you expect. You have
been warned.
