Hi!

Because of the problems with SOAPpy 0.10.1 I updated the descriptions for
installation to include SOAPpy 0.11.1. This makes another dependency
necessary: fpconst 0.6.0. It's not a big package, but needed for SOAPpy to
install. So if you want to use the latest CVS release, remember to upgrade
your SOAPpy.
