Released PyDS 0.7.1

Hi!

I just released 0.7.1. It still has one problem (a leftover from the
threading work I did - a small timeout you may notice when accessing
PyDS after some time of inactivity), but is quite stable. Since it
includes several new features and since it includes the switch to SOAPpy
0.11.1 (due to bugs in SOAPpy 0.10.1 this was necessary), I thought I
just release it "as is".

Oh, and I needed to release it due to cross dependencies - TooFPy 0.3.2
needs SOAPpy 0.11.1, and since all packages share one common debian
repository, and since only one version of a package can be listed in the
Packages.gz file, I nontheless needed to release either both or none. I
opted for "both" ;-)

If you upgrade, please remember to upgrade your SOAPpy installation and
install fpconst on the way, as SOAPpy now needs fpconst. And if you are
installing stuff, just install SilverCity, too, so you can get nice
highlighted source snippets :-)
