Hi! > Do most folks like to use reST once they get the hang of it? Any general > opinions? Don't know about most folks, but I did add it because I really like it for weblog postings :-) And I do know that several PyDS users just choose it _because_ it uses reST. > Hm. In my codeblock, the HTML tags are enclosed in quotes (single)... Not using quotes, but HTML quoting. < must be <, > must be >. Stuff in '' is just that for PyDS - stuff in ''. Entering HTML stuff that should render as HTML tags instead of rendered HTML into HTML textareas that will be used as HTML will break your brain ;-) Under reST you usually can write your HTML stuff just as source - it will be rendered as source. But you can't use HTML formatting any more, of course. But I am quite happy with reST formatting. If I need something special, I write a nugget or macro to do the work and call it from my reST posting. bye, Georg
