New feature in CVS: blogmarks are merged into weblog RSS feed

Hi!

For those of you who use blogmarks: the blogmarks are now merged into the
weblog RSS feeds. This is for the homepage RSS feed and for those RSS feeds
where the category names between weblog and blogmarks are identical (those
blogmark categories are marked with bold font in the blogmark category
selection).
