New in CVS: pictureTool items are merged into main weblog feed

Hi!

I just added a small patch that makes the PictureTool merge it's pictures
into the main blog RSS feed as additional items (much like the blogmarks
does). As the PictureTool doesn't have categories in the normal way (it
abuses the categories to designate different picture sizes), they are only
merged into the main RSS feed, not into the category ones.
