Am slowly progressing with the Postgres integration with PyCS.
Probably it'll take the form of a slow move away from Metakit,
eventually dropping it altogether.

BTW I put some page timing into PyCS and found that the 'referrers'
and 'count' pages are taking up to 10 seconds (real time) to display
sometimes.  They'll be the first bits to move over, I think :)
