RE: PyDS 0.7.3 is out

Hi,
Will you be releasing it as a separate package (tarball) for download?

In particular, I am interested in the separate upgrade package that
Louis has built in the past for the Windows platforms. It seems he has
not typically done these after changes in CVS, but rather from tarball
packages you've provided.
