Oh, with the imminent release of Debian Sarge (that carries 2.3), I
think we can just use 2.3 as a starting point for PyDS 0.8 (and I think
it should at least become 0.8 if we change the underlying database).

Ok, "imminent release" with Debian can still mean 1-2 years ;-)
