Removed Files:
	ComboBoxWrapper.py __init__.py 
Log Message:
Moved all the funny frontend widget stuff into genericgui.py.
Note that there will be issues with how we want the backend
specific use of dialogs to work.
This issue mainly relates to naming of backend wrappers.
