Re: alternatives to mswgui

Here's a suggested patch, which demonstrates another aspect of ctypes,
the checking for valid return values of functions in the function
itself. This time a context-diff against current cvs.

As before, decide yourself if you check this in or not.  I merely
wanted to demonstrate the use of DynFunction's restype attribute.
