I guess this is simply an oversight. Application hasn't been very
central yet. I guess there should be a DefaultApplication, just like
for the components. (Feel free to add one if you like -- it would only
need an empty state and nothing else, I should think.)

Application.add(window) and Application.run(), basically :)
