  Mozilla was the first browser to use XUL, however,
that doesn't make XUL veeeeeeeeery Mozilla-based. It's
better to start with an implementation than dream up a
spec noone implements.

 I call Mozilla the granddaddy of XUL because the age
shows and Mozilla's XUL needs a clean-up to move
forward.
