QTextEdit

It seems that qtgui is using a component that isn't present in my
version of PyQt (QTextEdit). What's the more recent component, and
should we switch to using it?

BTW: I think I've fixed the displacement problem with windows in pyqt.
(QMainWindow.setGeometry doesn't take into account the window frame.)
