No; I ran the win32 installer and was not aware of any bundled docs. The
first documentation I read was the Tutorial.

An API change is noted in the tutorial (
http://anygui.sourceforge.net/tutorial.txt ) under "7 - Handling Events",
but this text isn't explicit regarding version differences.

As a newcomer to GUI and event management, I can suggest alternate text
(without bloat). I'll send a doc patch to devel.
