ctmswgui converted to use ctypes-0.6.0

I have committed changes to make the ctmswgui backend work with Thomas
Heller's latest ctypes. This version no longer works with the previous
ctypes.

Thanks once again to Thomas for his excellent work in making the ctypes
extension.
