Yes it does look interesting.  Are you suggesting that that could become
the canvas API for AnyGUI?  Should I put that on my todo list? ;-)

I kind of like the fact that there's not a whole lot of primitives -- sug=
gesting
that you could do a small back end and have most of the fancier
stuff in common.
