Present. Available for maybe 8 hours/week.

tkgui, wxgui, mswgui, and txtgui/cursesgui are at 0.1.1
functionality. tk and wx have menus too. I haven't looked
at any code since cleaning up the tkgui menu implementation
(I hope I remembered to check that in...) It looks like
none of them are up to the TODO's desired 0.2 point:
no menus, no native widgets, no canvas.

LayoutManagers are already storing the layout data; it
hasn't been in the proxies for some time. I'd update
TODO.txt, but I can't seem to get to sourceforge at the
moment.
