is where you can get much better help for Tkinter if you have any
more questions.

However, I think I know what you are looking for, assuming what you
mean is that you want to open a document in a similar fashion to the
way that open office does it.

If, on the other hand, you actually want to open up an oowriter
int he middle of your tkinter program, well, that's a much harder
question and I don't know how to do that.  Try asking python-list.
