Spam, again

I was a bit reluctant, because I didn't want to shut people out, but,
considering the low traffic here lately, and the relative prevalence
of spam (even though there have, AFAICS, only been three messages), I
have now restricted posting privileges to list members, as requested.
Anyone can still subscribe, but you must subscribe in order to be able
to send to the list.

This need not be a permanent and irrevocable thing, but I wouldn't
want to see people unsubscribing because of spam, so...
