BioJava looks great, it uses "Spectral" from HTML5 UP 
(http://html5up.net/). Personally, I like "Strongly  Typed" 
(http://html5up.net/strongly-typed) more, maybe because it's easier for 
me to imagine how the old site would like there ;-)
