Re: New package submission

Hi Bohdan,

I've replied on GitHub:

As a generic FTP library I think this would be better off as is,
a separate Python package on PyPI which is easy for anyone
to install on its own.

I could not see any biological link which would justify bundling
this as part of Biopython.
