Thanks Patrick, This has not been a good month for Biopython emails - on top of the mailman problems, your second email was wrongly marked as spam by Google, so again a long delay before I saw it. Sigh. That seems to be a practical way forward, and the proposed licensing is a good choice for any future code exchange. We need to put more effort into Biopython's transition to the BSD license.
