Biopython License Agreement
Hello Sangwoo,

We have had similar efforts in the past, e.g.

Japanese - led by Yasushi Masuda in 2006 (site offline)
Chinese - https://github.com/bigwiv/Biopython-cn
Spanish - https://github.com/biopython/biopython/issues/4333

As I wrote then, "The long term problem is keeping it up to date - which
would be a big commitment. Still, a one-off translation has value - and
Spanish and Chinese would be my top picks for global reach."

Note on a technical level, since that issue was opened we did finally make
the move from writing the Tutorial in LaTeX to using reStructruredText
(RST), rendered with Sphinx. See

You are right to ask about licensing at the start - I just noticed an issue
with the Spanish project,
https://github.com/SouthernBio/Biopython-ES/issues/11 - to be clear our
Tutorial is under the "Biopython License Agreement" although I would hope
to gradually dual-license it under the 3-clause BSD license as we are doing
for the code itself https://github.com/biopython/biopython/issues/898

Note however, the former wiki content now at
https://github.com/biopython/biopython.github.io/tree/master/wiki was
originally on the OBF hosted MediaWiki site and contributed under the
Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license instead. We should
be gradually removing those pages in favour of the main "Tutorial" and API
docstrings all in the main repository.

If you did translate some or all of the Tutorial into Korean, I'd be happy
to add links from the Biopython site too it. Ideally you'd be able to make
it clear which version of the English source it was based on.
