Hi Damianos,

There is an open issue =
<https://github.com/biopython/biopython/issues/4920>, currently assigned =
to me, that I think would be a good first issue. The task is to fix a =
test case that is failing because the API that the test case uses was =
deprecated. If you are interested, I would be happy to answer any =
questions.
