Done - consider the default branch open again.

The docs have built, there was an issue with the cached pip
installation (resolved by deleting the old GitHub Actions caches).

Python 3.15 wheels will have to wait on the release of wheels for
Numpy: https://pypi.org/project/numpy/#files

Time read up on logging a CVE via the GitHub Security Advisory
settings, and write a brief release announcement...
