[ANNOUNCE] Cheetah v2.2.0, guten tag

I'm pleased to announce the release of Cheetah v2.2.0 :)

This is the first major, recent release, to be released through
SourceForge as well (woohoo)

With this release Cheetah now only deals with unicode objects internally
in the compiler, which resolves a number of unicode-related issues, and
should prepare Cheetah for the eventual jump to Python 3.xx

I will be coordinating with Tavis, off-list, to ensure that this release
is pushed to the official Cheetah PyPi page as well, but for now the
source tarball on SourceForge will have to suffice.


For those of you forward-looking developers, here's what's on the
roadmap for Cheetah v2.2.1:

- 0000020: [Templates] Builtin support for using Cheetah with Django
- 0000018: [Templates] Allow specifying a custom CacheStore object 
- 0000016: [Compiler] Rework #call internal syntax.
