In with that issue, the usage of #cache and specifying a cache store
should become much more clear (as it's fairly undocumented at this
point).

At Slide however, we do not currently cache markup as this has been an
issue of fairly large internal debate (we do not use memcached for that
matter). We cache primarily at the model layer instead of the view layer
(Cheetah). 

That said, with the changes coming in v2.2.1, caching with memcached
will be far easier than it is now
