I want you to keep in mind, that despite the fact you cannot read and
still do not provide reproduction *code* or *steps* like I continue to
ask, I'm going to try to help. 

First problem, this error is coming from Cheetah.py, the WebPy
(unnecessary) Cheetah wrapper (which does things it probably shouldn't).

That all said, I think this has to do with Cheetah.py calling
addImportedVarNames itself. Why Cheetah.py insists on manually
hand-holding and muxing around with the import namespaces is likely why
Webpy users like you seem to have problems with Cheetah (and the rest of
us don't).

If you check out the changes in 'next' branch in my Git repository, I
added what I *think* will solve your problems, but I can't be sure
because you refuse to help us help you with repro steps, code, etc.
