Planning Cheetah v2.2.2, potential release mid-July

I'm currently putting together my planned roadmap for a Cheetah v2.2.2
release for July. 

I'd appreciate feedback on what's desired to fall into this release, the
roadmap isn't particularly complete and still in flux, but I wanted to
have things written down before I spent my allocated Cheetah time this
weekend hacking on things ;)
