Cheetah 2.4.3 released

I rolled v2.4.3 to PyPI [0] this morning which includes a couple fixes along
with it:

    * Fix for running tests on FreeBSD
    * Properly include header files in tarball
    * Applied `itervalues` patch, another in a long line of generator changes
    * Critical fix for SIGSEGV when using the C NameMapper and __getattr__
      raises an exception (mad props to Jon Siddle)

For the next iteration of development (v2.4.4) I don't exactly have a roadmap
as of yet so suggestions are welcome! I've still got some issues in GAE that
need fixing but those are lower priority for me right now
