No worries. It's definitely the right move to try a more robust framework. Really, that's the best decision to make at this stage. I have no idea what will happen to ws4py. I know some people are using it, but will it be enough to build a steady community? It's hard to say. I've never been that good to promote my software :) It's been a while since I've looked at Tornado so I don't doubt they have fixed the limits they had a couple of years ago.
