No, there's no copy paste error on your part.

There is an error in the tutorial. The tutorial says, "...save the 
following stylesheet into a file named style.css and stored into a local 
directory public/css." 

But, the code has the line "<link href="/static/css/style.css" 
rel="stylesheet">".
