If this for a production/live service, you really should hand 
responsibility off to something like nginx+uwsgi.   The hook for uwsgi is 
shown here http://docs.cherrypy.org/en/latest/deploy.html#uwsgi and there 
are much better sources for setting up nginx + uwsgi on their own if you 
google for them.
