不需要，有windows版的bin文件，直接安装就好。。。。。
然后在C:\Documents and Settings\用户名\
下建一个空.vimrc文件，屏蔽掉一些烦人的windows默认绑定，之后就和linux下的vim一样使用啦。。。。
