这些用不着"研究", 更用不着"补",
你只需要注意自己选编码,

看附件截图,是 gedit 的编码选择,

正常情况是会自动识别编码的,如果识别不对,就你自己注意选一下.


而 gvim 的话, 在 .vimrc 加上
set fileencodings=utf-8,cp936,big5,euc-jp,euc-kr,latin1,ucs-bom
就可以自动识别编码了
