我用vim打开big5文件的时候，是乱码，然后set fileencoding为big5,并没有变化，关闭的时候提示文件已经被修改。我估计和我之前说的对big5再执行一次utf8->big5类似。

你确定这样做是可以的吗？要不我发一个big5的文件你试试?

不要跟 mIRC 那样把字体和编码搞混了
