这样可以了。刚才我没加到vimrc,直接在命令模式set，居然不行。

set encoding=utf-8
lan mes zh_TW.utf-8
set fileencodings=ucs-bom,utf-8,taiwan

把它加在_vimrc文件中，这样你的vim环境就是支持繁体中文的utf8(连菜单和消息都是繁体的！)

我用vim打开big5文件的时候，是乱码，然后set fileencoding为big5,并没有变化，关闭的时候提示文件已经被修改。我估计和我之前说的对big5再执行一次utf8->big5类似。

你确定这样做是可以的吗？要不我发一个big5的文件你试试?
