Summary: Check number of arguments in semantic error message

Initial Comment:
Test case:
RSAkey.verify(hash) #only one argument

PyCrypto behaviour:
TypeError: verify() takes exactly 3 arguments (2 given)

Comment:
I believe the number of arguments is artificially incremented by one, as the test has only one argument.
