Summary: Errornous declaration of rijndael*() functions

Initial Comment:
Building for windows, with bcc5.5 compiler reveals
that functions such as rijndaelEncrypt() and
rijndaelDecrypt() (in AES.c) are declared with the first
parameter (rk) being 'const'.

The parameter is clearly not constant as it is often
changed in the code.

The 'const' declaration must be removed at least for
the code to be compilable under bccp. (works fine
after that little change)
